Bringing an aura of gentle optimism, style, grace and tranquility into a world that seems too fast, too extreme, and at times, too cyberish. Enter a world where
Gloves,
Hats (I still wear mine; feel free to wear yours!)
Bone china tea cups
And Hand-written notes scribed with a fountain pen----
Still prevail.
Where gentlemen are gentle men,
And
Ladies are gentle women,
And Life is Good.

Tea made with soft water  will come out lighter, brighter and with more flavour. Hard water makes tea look dull and makes it taste even duller.
You can counteract this by buying a good quality tea. Soft water definitely
gives you a better cup of tea.

If your water is full of minerals, that will also effect the flavour of the tea. Try using bottled spring water.
